Our Goal...

...is to offer you New Zealand's largest and best selection of Patchwork and Embroidery supplies. As many of our lines are especially imported, we can supply you with new products soon after they are released in the overseas markets.

Our Guarantee...

...is that if you are not completely satisfied with anything which you have purchased from Needlecraft, we will replace the item or refund your money.

Methods of Payment

All orders must be prepaid unless you have been granted a 7 day credit account. Our preferred method of payment is by electronic transfer which can be achieved in two ways.

  1. By direct credit using online banking from a computer. Our bank account details are ASB Bank 12 : 3211 : 0000418 : 00 and the name of the account is Needlecraft Distributors Ltd. Be sure to enter your customer/VIP account number in the reference column of the Payee bank statement for ease of identification.
  2. By telephone banking. You will need to contact your bank to have Needlecraft Distributors Ltd loaded as a creditor on your telebanking system. The bank will ask you for your Needlecraft customer/VIP account number at this time. Once it is set up you can dial up the bank and pay your Needlecraft account at any time.

In both of the above cases your deposit will appear on our bank statement with your name and customer account number. Every working day we download our bank statement and enter the payments into the customers accounts.

Alternatively you can pay by credit card. We accept Amex, Diners, Mastercard & Visa. Your credit card details are stored on your personal Needlecraft customer account file so that they are printed on each invoice thus enabling us to manually enter the payment through our EFTPOS terminal. This also saves the necessity for you to give us your credit card details every time you place an order, unless of course you wish to change the details. Having your credit card details on file enables us to efficiently process invoices for such regular charges as magazine standing orders, Block-of-the-Month projects and your annual VIP Club subscription.

If you join our VIP Club you will receive a membership card on which is printed the month in which your membership is due to be paid each year. If you do not wish to continue your membership you should let us know before the next annual subscription is charged. On the 1st of the applicable month an invoice is generated, the amount is charged to your credit card and the invoice is mailed to you.

Payment may also be made by cheque but because the account must be paid within seven days of the invoice date you will need to mail the cheque to us as soon as you receive the invoice. Our invoices have a remittance portion on the bottom which shows the balance of your account at the time the invoice was printed. Remove this portion and attach it to your cheque and mail it to the address indicated.

All the prices listed on these pages have been proof read, but even we are human and sometimes errors slip through. We can also receive price increases from our suppliers. Updates will be made as soon as possible, but the prices shown are therefore an indication only and are subject to change without further notice. Stated prices are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST.
