All mail is sent through New Zealand Post, Pete's Post or couriered by Peter Baker Transport.
New Zealand
A minimum charge of $5.50 nationwide for delivery, handling,
packaging and insurance per parcel applies within New Zealand.
Larger or heavier parcels may cost more. Parcels sent to post office boxes incur a minimum charge of $7.50.
There is no postage charge on magazine subscriptions sent within New Zealand.
Overseas
For overseas magazine subscriptions, $3 cost per issue will be added to your subscription.
For all other overseas orders, the following chart is a guide only. The actual rate will be calculated once the weight of the parcel is known. If the invoice value exceeds $NZ250, a $10 insurance charge will be added. Parcels will be sent by International Air Mail (allow 1 week to 10 days for delivery). The International Economy Mail option is no longer available.

Returning Goods
Please return articles in good condition within 7 days of receipt. The invoice or receipt must accompany the returned article to ensure your account is credited correctly.
Postage on returns must be prepaid. Do not send without stamps as you may incur additional costs. Ensure returns are packaged adequately.
Back Orders and Indent
If we can not fill your entire order, you will receive a packing list indicating which items have been back ordered. As we can not guarantee deliveries from suppliers, we believe that it is better to ship all ordered items that are currently in stock rather than delay the entire order pending the arrival of one or two products.
Freight is charged on the first parcel only and we do not charge freight on back orders.
Specials
All items on special are subject to first-in availability, with no back orders. If you purchase an item that is sold out, you will be notified by email, and a similar product will offered to you. The cost difference of the offered item will be billed to you.
Sale Magazines are priced at $5 each or 5 for $20 or 10 for $30. Please indicate in the comments section any extras you are interested in if chosen ones have been sold out.
Minimum order of Sale Fabrics is 0.5metre. If you choose an amount more than we have in stock, we will send all remaining fabric of that print and you will only be charged for amount sent.
Packaging, Insurance and Freight
All parcels are insured both ways, if your purchase is lost or
damaged in transit to you or when you are returning it to
Needlecraft, it will cost you nothing. |
